Gillian Cross, Sales Manager at Guardian First National, Churton Park Office has been named the overall Top Sales Consultant in New Zealand for 2010 from over 500 agents at the recent Australasian First National Real Estate Conference held in Wellington. This is the thirteenth year that Gillian has scooped this prestigious award.
The national award is contested by consultants selling residential, rural and commercial properties as well as special projects. Churton Park office took away the Award for top Office of the Year 2009.
Gillian is a Churton Park resident and considers herself a true northern suburbs local having grown up in Johnsonville. "The Johnsonville 'village' is at the hub of a very busy marketplace and provides a strong infrastructure of schools and services for the surrounding areas," Gillian says. "I am privileged to be able to assist people through big changes in their lives and to share with them my local knowledge and experience. Real Estate marketing means learning to quickly adapt to changes in the greater marketplace and to then convey the information on to both buyer and seller".
Gillian has also been recognised in The Evening Post/Dominion Awards of excellence winning the Residential Sales Consultant Award in 1998 and also the overall supreme Award in 2000.
Grant Cross joined Gillian as a Sales Consultant in 1999 and has won a number of awards. He was in the top twenty for New Zealand in the 2005/2006 First National Awards, 7th in 2006/2007,10th in 2008, 19th in 2009 and 17th in 2010.Together we are always available to discuss any of your Real Estate queries.
We have three children and four grandchildren, we have lived in Churton Park since 1980. We are both Northern Suburbs locals ... I grew up in Johnsonville and Grant grew up in Wadestown.
We look forward to talking with you; or you can correspond by email.
